SigOne Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) values the personal information of data subjects and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This policy applies to the processing of personal information related to inquiry handling on the Company’s website (www.sigone.net).

  • Optional: phone number
  • Entered during inquiry: product of interest, message
  • Automatically collected: access IP, browser information, access time (may be collected via the inquiry submission service)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Used solely to respond to deployment inquiries, provide quotes and technical materials, and make contact for inquiry processing.

3. Retention and Use Period

Retained for 3 years from the date of inquiry, then destroyed. (May be destroyed without delay upon completion of inquiry processing.) Where retention is required by relevant laws, it is kept for that period.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not, in principle, provide personal information to external parties.

5. Consignment of Processing

The Company consigns the processing of personal information for receiving and delivering inquiry form data as follows.

  • Consignee: Web3Forms (web3forms.com)
  • Consigned task: receiving and delivering inquiry form data

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time by contacting the privacy officer below.

7. Destruction of Personal Information

When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, information is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted in an irrecoverable manner.

This policy is effective from August 3, 2026. Any additions, deletions, or modifications will be announced through the website at least 7 days before taking effect.
